For the first time since Early Access, Palworld ships with a structured main story that connects faction tower battles, settlement exploration, and the long-teased World Tree into one narrative arc. Patch 1.100.427 rewrote quest flow so you always know where to go next — a major quality-of-life shift from the sandbox-first Early Access days.
Story Structure in Version 1.0
The main quest unfolds in three broad acts. Act one reintroduces capture, base building, and technology on the redesigned early-game curve. Act two pushes you through Syndicate tower boss arenas with new five-minute time limits and mid-fight strategy shifts. Act three opens Sunreach and the World Tree, revealing why factions fought over the towers and what Pals truly represent on Palpagos.
